Prime Time Rates

Prime time here we come! Starting October 1st we are back to the Nice season and regular rates. $145/night, 7th night free.
A $85 cleaning fee must be left in cash upon departure (that includes tip)
All our rates are tax free!!!

Off Season Rates

Hey friends,

Our Off-Season rates go into effect as of tomorrow May 1st! So from May through September our weekly rental rate will be $700/week, plus a one time $85 cleaning fee. (this includes tip)
Our nightly rate is $125/night, plus a one time $85 cleaning fee. (this includes tip)

New Pics

Officially ours

Well, the condo is officially ours!
We decided to make it a partnership between my parents (Jerry and LuAnn) and I (Haley).
We signed the papers a few weeks ago, and Jerry is making the first trip down next week to start sprucing up the place.
I will continue to update this blog with more recent pictures for your convenience.
So for Mariners Spring Training, Barrett Jackson auto auctions, golf events or just plain vacation, let us know if you are interested in staying at our new home away from home!
